Our client, an energy solutions provider delivering cutting edge solutions to rural communities in Ghana is looking to engage a vibrant and experienced professional as Contact Centre Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To spearhead the delivery of prompt and high-quality service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction within the call center.

Requirements

1. HND/Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
2. Professional qualification in Customer Service/Contact Centre Management is preferred.
3. 4 years’ experience as a Manager in a Contact Centre of  an FMCG, Telecommunications, Microfinance and Insurance is preferred
5. Excellent Communication skills
6. Ideal candidate must be self- driven and ambitious
