TANOEHub has announced two winners for its maiden Pitch Challenge which took place on the 9th of May, 2018 at TANOEHub in Dansoman.
The Pitch Challenge’s May edition had 7 participants shortlisted out of 55 applicants attend the session where they sold their businesses to the best of their abilities.
Ultimately, 2 winners emerged from the challenge who had shown that their businesses were viable and investor ready.
The first runner up was announced to be Divine Moving Services, a logistics and moving company whose business model is to people and companies move property from one location to the other.
Benjamin Pepreh, founder of Kenkey Republic, emerged as the winner of the Pitch Challenge having a business model of simply making the Ghanaian Local Dish Kenkey and Fish accessible to all lovers of the dish with his unique selling proposition being that his kenkey is being produced organically and tastefully.
The TANOEHub Pitch Challenge is a monthly business pitch competition geared towards discovering creative, innovative and lucrative business ideas that need support to grow into strong sustainable brands. The winners will the opportunity to work from the TANOEHub Co-Working Space for a period of 3 months, they will also have access to a business coach for 3 months and have a fully functional website designed for their business.
The CEO of TANOEHub, Mr. Ekow Mensah in an interview after the challenge commended all the participants for having such brilliant business ideas and pledged his support for the winners. He also said he is looking forwards to meeting next month;s shortlisted participants.
TANOEHub is a co-working and business incubation centre in Dansoman that offers a co-working spaces, private offices, business consultation, incubation and accelerator programs.
