Rita Kusi to facilitate the 17th TANOE Workshop on HR Policies – How to draft them and use them to grow your business

A business can’t develop well without reliable staff, so regardless of how small or big your business is, Human Resources (HR) remains a crucial part of your journey to success. It is practically unrealistic to build a business without building people because the key capital that drives business is the ‘people’ involved in it. An HR Manager is believed to make the right choice for appropriate posts, cultivate the organizational atmosphere into a healthy one and maintain and direct every living resource of the company.

To be able to successfully manage people in a company, you will need policies and structures written down and enforced.

Coming off this Wednesday, the 28th of August, 2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm will be the 16th TANOE Workshop on HR Policies – How to draft them and use them to grow your business.
